塗料について

KOIDEで使用している塗料は食品衛生法に基づく
(社)日本玩具協会の玩具安全検査に合格した塗料及び
ヨーロッパの安全基準に合格した物を使用しております。

木の加工

木の加工は大別して板と丸物の2通りです。
板加工は木箱作りなどで殆どが設備（機械）で出来ます。
もう一つの丸物作りは木球等でこれらは設備（機械）も多少は必要ですが、
それ以上に加工する人の熟練が必要です。
できる人は近年少なくなりました。

木のおもちゃは、積み木等は板加工で出来ますが、
乗用玩具やプルト－イ等ほかの商品は、この2通りの加工に塗装という
作業が加わって出来ています。
木製玩具では木球は必要不可欠なもので、
これがなければ完成できるおもちゃは限られています。

さらにネジ加工（ボルトとナット）が加わって殆どの木のおもちゃが出来ています。

KOIDEはこれらを使って、幅広い木のおもちゃを、そしてその部品である木製部品を作っています。

素材にこだわり、技術にこだわるのは、単に昔から築き上げて鍛えて来た技術を生かすだけの為ではありません。

それは安全に長くご使用頂く為の素材であり、技術なのです。
KOIDEの木のおもちゃは今の派手で遊び方の決まったおもちゃとは違い、子供が遊びを作り出す言わば昔ながらのおもちゃです。

実際に手に取り、重さ、暖かみ、堅さなどを感じ、遊びを自ら工夫して作ることで子供の想像力を育てて行きます。
